Kirby combines real SEC experience with years of hands-on coaching at Florida Flex. He understands how to teach the game in a way young players connect with and grow from.
Kirby was also an early mentor to Colby during his first years at Florida, helping him understand what it would take to be successful and how to handle the pressures of the game at a high level.

Jake brings lots of collegiate and professional experience to the field. His attitude and knowledge of pitching mechanics, etc. help him to give young pitchers everything they need to progress. He’s focused on helping youth build proper fundamentals, arm health, and confidence on the mound.
Cory Elasik

Coaching Career & Background

Cory is currently a hitting coach within the San Francisco Giants organization, working with many top prospects at the AA level.

Prior to joining pro ball, he served as hitting coach and recruiting coordinator at the collegiate level, he spent several years coaching at St. Johns River State College in Florida.
-
Since joining the Giants system, Cory has coached hitters through multiple levels and has helped oversee the development and promotion of many young players.
